We are building Gulanity from Madrid with real restaurants, real menus and real questions.
Gulanity exists to turn static menus into useful dish-level digital menus. We're selecting the first restaurants to validate the pilot with real floor teams and real customers, without asking them to change their operation.
We're in initial pilot phase. We prefer starting with a few real restaurants, preparing real menus and learning from real cases before promising big metrics.

What happens after I leave my email?
We contact you to learn about the restaurant and request the menu. We assess the fit, prepare a first version if you choose support and you decide whether to share it.
What do I need to send?
Your current menu as a PDF, photo, image, document, website or link. No special format is required.
How long does the first version take?
When the menu is complete and the required information is available, a reviewable first version is usually ready in one working day.
Is there a fee or commission?
The pilot is free, with no lock-in or commissions. If terms change after the pilot, we will tell you in advance.
Is there any commitment after the pilot?
No. If it does not fit, you do not have to continue.
Who validates ingredients and allergens?
The restaurant keeps final control and responsibility. Nothing is published without approval.
